- Prescribing a lifestyle, not just medication-

There are many benefits of dedicated canine physiotherapy sessions for dogs of all ages, breeds, and activity levels.

My combination of therapies, including Canine Massage Therapy, can help prevent injuries, aid in rehabilitation, recovery, and manage pain.

Dogs these days do so much more than just free roaming, they take part in agility, fly ball and other activities which overtime, has toll on their body!

Physical therapy is not just useful after surgery but in daily life. Most pet insurances will cover my treatments

Physiotherapy for your dog isn't just a luxury—it's a necessity. Just as you wouldn't let your phone die before charging it, don't wait until your dog is injured or in pain before prioritizing their health.
Consistent bodywork sessions can proactively identify and resolve minor issues before they escalate into major problems.
Don't wait for your dog to exhibit signs of discomfort—prevention is better than cure

Approximately 80% of dogs aged over 8 years old are affected by osteoarthritis.

Mobility is key as humans age and it is for dogs! By focusing on compensatory patterns, joint health, focusing on those joint stabilising muscles, balance and co ordination. Whilst ensuring their home environment is tailored to their needs and exercise routine.....

is crucial for a happy healthy dog!

Senior Dogs

Recovery can be daunting, especially for our furry companions. No two dogs are the same, I provide personalised support beyond generic post-operative instructions. Whether it's orthopedic, neurological, or soft tissue injuries, I focus on guiding dogs through the stages of tissue healing.

From enhancing strength and joint mobility to refining balance and coordination. By targeting joint stabilizing muscles and minimizing scar tissue, we aim to improve your dog's quality of life

Injury and post operative rehabilitation

Prevention is better than cure

As humans poor posture can result in pain and compensatory patterns. We can recognise this and see someone for help.

Regular checks with treatments and exercise is crucial for spotting and sorting little niggles which could later lead to something chronic.

What happens during a session?

Part 1: Assessment

  1. Patient information: The first appointment will take a bit longer as I need to get to know you and your pet. I will start off asking about your pet's daily routine, lifestyle, and surroundings before conducting a comprehensive physical evaluation

  2. Gait Analysis: Looking at how the animal moves

  3. Palpation: Muscle palpation and Joint range of motion assessment

Part 2: Treatment

  1. Treatment: Canine Massage Therapy, these hands-on techniques encompass a variety of methods, including massage, joint mobilisations, myofascial release and Advance Stretching. Electrotherapies are also used when needed to aid in the up regulation of the cells

  2. Exercise advice and discussion: This is where we have a discussion on things you can do at home to help your dog. Exercises will be given for you to complete to work on the issues found in the session. This is all sent via a link the day after the session

You spend the majority of the time with your dog so you are the most important person to help them.

Initial session please leave up 90 mins and follow ups 60 mins

Empower their well being beyond medication prescription, to home and exercise prescription.
